Our highest profile success was The All Seasons Barossa Valley Resort – a 140 room resort hotel in South Australia. This development was notable as being the first major project of its nature to be marketed under prospectus. My personal involvement with this project was as head marketing strategist and implementer reporting directly to the Kinsmen Group on all matters involving the successful sell down of this project. The development was sold 100% off the plan before construction commenced.
This project is now designated as the Barossa Novotel.
Cube Property was responsible for the development, and marketing, of hundreds of stand-alone homes for the Defence Housing Authority throughout Australia. All properties were sold “off the plan” and included areas such as Melbourne, Canberra, Townsville, Darwin and Perth. All properties came with a ten-year lease to the D.H.A. and were sold to individual private investors. This success led to similar projects for the Victorian Department of Housing and the A.C.T. Housing Authority.
