As General manager of this firm the Principal of Cube Property directed the introduction and implementation of the hugely successful Defence Housing Authority program to provide modern housing for ADF members. This firm sold and built over 400 houses Australia wide for private investors who were issued a 10 year sovereign lease. He also led the development of many projects including a 60 Townhouse development in Williamstown (VIC) and a Gold Coast High Rise in Southport (QLD).

As Director of this firm Peter Doran oversaw the successful marketing of the 140 room Barossa Novotel. This development was notable as being the first major project of this nature to be marketed under prospectus. Peter’s involvement included reporting directly to the developer Kinsmen Group on all matters involving the 100% off the plan sale of the project prior to construction commencing.

In conjunction with respected Auckland developer Charta Group Ltd. Cube Property took on the lead responsibility for submissions to the New Zealand Government regarding the provision of Public Housing through Head-leasing, with private investors providing the finance for each individual property. Housing New Zealand provided the consortium the go ahead to develop and implement a pilot program. Over ensuing years the program became a major mechanism for the provision of housing in New Zealand.

Cube Property was appointed to complete a multi-faceted role that included stakeholder management across the disciplines of construction, marketing and logistics concerning the implementation of the marketing effort on a live building site. A landmark development in Torquay now branded as The Wyndham.

Cube Property was appointed to the sales and marketing management role for a 100 Lot subdivision in Barwon Heads Victoria. Properties were sold both as house and land and land only sales. The role was completed ahead of schedule while maintaining pricing and overall integrity of the development.

Cube Property led this entity in the rollout of the Government’s National Rental Affordability Scheme. Our role was dual in both attracting developers to initiate the scheme in to their developments, and then successfully attracting private investors to purchase these properties. The firm sold over 80 properties under this scheme.
