Through Peter’s extensive property network, Cube Property Australia has acquired a truly unique service for First Home Buyers. The firm recently gained Approved Agency status with an innovative company AffordAssist. The system they have developed is a unique deposit solution that allows First Home Buyers to defer payment of any shortfall of deposit over a 5 year period at zero interest. A boon for buyers currently with a good income but minimal deposit.
